Susan set up Task Recruitment Ltd in 2001 after her 10 years' experience working for a multinational recruitment agency. More recently in 2018, Susan opened KeyStaff NI which is now an established agency specialising in providing short-term temporary staff within the hospitality and event industries.
With over 30 years' proven experience within the industry, Susan is one of Northern Ireland’s most experienced recruiters, trained to the highest industry standards with an outstanding reputation for client and candidate interaction. She has worked for both global and local organisations, from the top 100 companies to SMEs across Northern Ireland within the public and private sectors. Her extensive knowledge covers both temporary, contract and permanent recruitment at all levels. Susan’s success and reputation are attributable to her dedication and commitment to ensuring a first-class service is delivered to client and candidate alike.
Caroline joined the team in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant for Task Recruitment and a Recruitment Manager for KeyStaff NI. After graduating in 2017 with a BA Hons in Business and Event Management, Caroline started off her career within an established Event Management company in Belfast gaining a wealth of experience as an Event Manager, managing private parties to large scale corporate events throughout Northern Ireland and UK.
After four years in the industry, Caroline joined the family run agency and has quickly developed her skills and knowledge in Human Resources, Sales and Accounts as well as managing KeyStaff NI which specialises in hospitality, events and catering, providing short notice temporary staff for a variety of different organisations and clients.
Caroline is best known for her outgoing attitude, friendly personality and being an all-round perfectionist!
