Fantastic opportunity with a well-established estate agency, seeking an experienced Lettings Advisor to join the team.
Requirements
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Negotiate terms and seeing business through to completion with high levels of customer service
• Develop and maintain open professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Keep CRM systems updated
Essential Criteria:
• 5 GCSE’S at grade C and above or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in lettings
• Excellent on MS Office packages
• Knowledge of CRM Systems preferred
• Have a proactive, flexible, and confident approach.
• Driving Licence required
